Established in 2026 under the Companies Act No 15 of 2023 of the Laws of Malawi, Shire Sugar Limited is set to become one of the country’s leading sugar manufacturers. With a planned milling capacity of 3,000 TCD (tonnes cane per day) and production of approximately 360 tonnes of sugar per day, we are committed to premium quality, sustainability, and economic impact in Malawi.
